...and if you wish to read the somber journal I wrote last year,
here it is.
Although I think the people who lost their lives eight years ago should be most definitely be remembered (as should anyone who faces injustice or is wrongly killed), and that the many people and countries who/that helped innocent people during and after the tragedy should still be held in a positive, noble light, this year's journal will not take on the morose theme of its predecessor.
Instead, I'd like to focus on entirely different subjects altogether. It's time to be positive, cheerful, and upbeat like usual!

I am
incredibly sorry I have not been around much lately, submitting deviations, or journals, or even responding much to comments. School has started up again, and it's taken up most of my time.
Would I honestly rather be on dA and hanging out with friends than in school doing work?
Yes. But do I enjoy learning, reading, and writing greatly and being around wonderful teachers and friends? Another resounding
"yes."It is the homework that takes up most of my day (and the only part of schooling that I strongly detest)but get must be done, right? If I plan correctly, I should have a bit of time left this weekend to upload something (but I can't find my Photoshop disc to reinstall it! I have to use GIMP for now!

)
Today is also my grandmother's birthday, she is now seventy-two years old.
Happy Birthday Gammy!
(Yes, we call my father's mother "Gammy," she chose the nickname herself. According to my parents, her decision went something like this, "When my grandkids are born, I don't want my them to call me 'Grandmother' or 'Grandma,' I want to be called 'Gammy'"really,

that's how it happened; we call my mother's mother simply "Grandma" since there's no chance that we would refer to one but mean the other.

)
I want you to smile like this:

and enjoy the weekend! Question: Does time, indeed, heal all wounds?
Bonus question: Do you have any plans for the weekend?
I hope all of you are well,
~Zach

This is my timey-wimey detector. Goes ding when there's stuff. Also, it can boil an egg at 30 paces, whether you want it to or not, actually, so I've learned to stay away from hens. It's not pretty when they blow.

Execute the specific action you're curiously going out of your way to so strongly imply that you'll verily do, you homosexual.
